The Role
We are hiring for a FTC to provide maternity cover for the Global Head of GTM Operations. Reporting into the CCO, you will play a critical role in the business in executing strategic priorities. You will be pivotal in providing analysis and recommendations to leadership and delivering efficiencies that impact revenue. Supporting the global growth of Argentex, you will be responsible for creating global consistency whilst supporting regional process nuances.
You will have broad exposure across the business, working with other Heads of to enhance current ways of working. A deep understanding of how the wider business areas operate and awareness of cross functional processes that put client experience and operational efficiency at the heart is key.
You will need to have a growth mindset and enjoy working in a face paced, action and delivery orientated business environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversight of Commercial reporting: working closely with the BI and finance to improve MI available across the organisation.
- Lead the function and continue to build a high performing team. Developing team members and building a trusted team.
- Responsible to work alongside business partners to improve the quality of data and the insights this provides.
- Recognise opportunities for improvement in commercial process, build for scale, automation, consistency and reliability.
- Working closely with sales and dealing management on supporting the front teams, enabling success from employees day 1.
- Sales enablement tools: responsible for the management of the relationships, tool maximisation and horizon scanning
- Lead Sales forecasting and budgeting: Deliver business forecasting and target setting.
- Create globally consistent and scalable processes
- KPI setting and analysis
- Support new product roll outs and the GTM approach
Requirements and Experience
- You will be proactive and a strong leader
- Experience in leading a team
- 8 years + experience in commercial programme management or a similar role
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficient in Excel
- Experience working with Salesforce
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Experience from financial services FX and/or payments firm preferable
- Regulatory awareness
