Establish clear delegation of authority, segregation of duties, and supporting-document requirements.
Coordinate inventory verification, internal audits, and closure of control weaknesses.
Own taxation, statutory compliance, audit coordination, and financial risk management, working with external specialists where required.
Maintain a compliance calendar and ensure timely filings, reconciliations, and resolution of outstanding matters.
5. Corporate Transition, Acquisitions and Growth
Lead financial preparation and coordination for the planned transition from proprietorship to a corporate entity.
Work with the CEO, CA, company secretary, and legal advisers on the transition roadmap and implementation.
Strengthen financial records, governance, controls, and reporting to support future fundraising and public-issue readiness.
Evaluate acquisition opportunities through financial due diligence, valuation analysis, funding assessment, and integration planning.
Support pricing, capital expenditure, expansion, and investment decisions with clear financial analysis.
6. Team Leadership and Cross-functional Execution
Develop the existing accounts team through training, defined responsibilities, and performance reviews.
Work closely with purchase, stores, production, sales, service, and HR to ensure reliable financial data and process adherence.
Visit Alwar regularly to review factory controls, stock, costing, and operational performance.
