The Role
As the Senior Sales Operations Analyst, you will report into the head of Sales Operations globally and will be responsible for partnering with all sales & partnership teams. The focus of this role is to help evolve the processes globally, focusing on the customers and commercials with an emphasis on revenue growth and productivity.
The candidate will be proactive, driven, enthusiastic and meticulous in manner with a high level of expertise in data analysis, process improvement, and implementing sales tech while being able to present and communicate at all levels across the business.

- Support the sales operations team’s evolution through a) data & reporting, b) sales process & tools, c) sales planning, d) sales compensation and e) sales leadership partnership.
- Collaborate cross functionally with Sales, Finance, Technology, Marketing, and other teams to create business process and performance reporting to evolve the sales culture.
- Effectively communicate to the wider business, presenting ideas, updates & results of work streams.
- Optimise processes around building sales targets, incentive planning, tracking performance and calculating results.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting to support business decisions.
- Evolve, understand, and solve problems as they arise within the sales process and the tech stack.
- Develop, communicate, coordinate, and execute ideas for generating more revenue & increasing productivity.
- Support with larger business projects around process & platforms.
- Help to create and evolve all enablement materials including commercial principles & rules of engagement.
- Alignment, training, and enablement for sales teams.

- 4+ years’ experience working in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large data sets and identify patterns and trends.
- Change management experience is a must.
- Experience running and been involved in project lifecycles.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with power BI or other data visualisation tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform.
