About the Role:
We are looking for a hands-on Business Operations Manager to work closely with the founder and take ownership of day-to-day business operations across functions, with a primary focus on inventory management, supplier identification and negotiation, and import operations.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who can independently drive execution, make sound business decisions, solve operational problems, and oversee the warehouse team and external partners, while proactively identifying and addressing issues without requiring constant direction.
