Soni is partnering with a private equity-backed consumer products company seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join its executive leadership team.
This individual will lead the finance organization and serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, Board, and investors. The role will have broad responsibility across financial planning, accounting, treasury, capital management, business analytics, and operational finance while helping guide the company through its next phase of growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial analysis
- Oversee accounting, reporting, tax, audit, and internal controls
- Manage treasury, cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, and credit facilities
- Provide financial insight around profitability, pricing, investment decisions, and growth initiatives
- Partner closely with commercial, operations, supply chain, and other business leaders
- Support Board and investor reporting
- Evaluate capital allocation and financing opportunities
- Build and develop a high-performing finance organization
- Drive process, systems, and reporting improvements
Requirements:
- 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
- Prior CFO, SVP Finance, VP Finance, or comparable executive-level experience
- Experience within a private equity-backed environment
- Consumer products, manufacturing, or related industry experience
- Strong FP&A, operational finance, and accounting background
- Deep treasury, banking, cash flow, and working capital experience
- Board and investor presentation experience
- Strong executive presence and cross-functional leadership skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Preferred Skills:
- CPA and/or MBA
- Experience scaling or transforming a high-growth organization
- Strong systems / finance transformation exposure
Compensation: $300,000 - $350,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
