Role
We are seeking a dedicated and analytical Sales Operations Assistant to join their dynamic team. Reporting to the Commercial Lead, the primary purpose of this role is to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales operations within the company. The Sales Operations Assistant is responsible for helping to optimise sales processes, managing CRM systems, and assisting with administration tasks and business reporting. This role aims to support revenue growth and increase operational efficiency across the commercial department.
This role will initially focus on mastering the administrative aspects of the sales operations, with the prospect of advancing into a client-facing position in the future. Essential skills for success in this position include strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a positive, confident personality. Our ideal candidate will be adept at interacting effectively with partners and managing challenging situations with resilience.
Key Accountabilities
- End-to-end administration of onboarding and maintaining partnerships, such as; preparing contracts, preparing spreadsheets, assisting with financial reconciliation, preparing logos & media
- Assist in managing and refining sales and customer success processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness
- Oversee the CRM system operations, including data management and workflow automation.
- Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of partner content, deals & live data within our internal systems and Google Drive.
- Provide support with business revenue reporting and commercial analysis.
- Collaborate with various departments to coordinate projects, ensuring alignment and attainment of commercial objectives.
- Assist in managing day-to-day communications with clients regarding financial matters, deals management and general queries
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a sales operations or administrative role, preferably within the Affiliate, FinTech, or marketing industries
- Demonstrated expertise in CRM management and optimization, particularly with Monday.com
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel ; familiarity with BigQuery and SQL is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-team collaboration
- Experience with project management tools, WordPress, and data analysis tools like Looker Studio is beneficial.
