evidion is hiring its third team member. You will work directly with our two founders and take ownership of customer outreach, our AI-driven go-to-market and company operations from your first week. This is a long-term role in the founding team, not an internship.
About evidion
evidion builds an AI-enhanced platform for system safety engineers in aerospace and automotive.

• Started in March 2026, currently working on pilot projects with customers worldwide

• Member of the TUM Aerospace & Defence Venture Lab
What you will own
• GTM, market research and customer outreach
• Contributing to our AI-native company culture
• Company operations and their continuous improvement
• Contributing to AI technical work
This is probably a fit if you
• graduated in 2021 or later from a German university with a Bachelor's or Master's degree (to qualify for EXIST)
• love building fast and experimenting
• are excited about LLMs, AI workflows, GTM, market research and product building
• want to work closely with founders, enterprise customers and real deployments
• want ownership of the startup's success
Not required
• No aviation or safety background. We teach you what you need.
• German is a plus. English is enough.
What you get
