Job Description: Chief Sales Officer (CSO)
Location: Siliguri, West Bengal

Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹50,000+ per month (depending on experience and qualifications)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM, Monday to Saturday (Sunday off)
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to lead our sales team, develop revenue-growth strategies, and drive business expansion. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, business development, analytical, and team management skills, with the ability to achieve sales targets and improve overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and business-growth targets.
- Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and monitor team performance.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team while ensuring accountability.
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, customers, and sales channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and strategic business partners.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Finance, and Operations to improve sales performance and profitability.
- Monitor sales KPIs, revenue forecasts, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Lead major client negotiations and present sales strategies to senior management.
- Improve sales processes, productivity, and revenue-generation strategies.
Required Skills
- Strong sales leadership, business development, and revenue-generation skills.
- Excellent team management, target-setting, and performance-monitoring abilities.
- Knowledge of CRM, ERP, sales automation, analytics, and business management software.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to interpret sales reports, KPIs, and business dashboards.
- Understanding of pricing strategies, customer acquisition, and process improvement.
Education & Experience
- MBA in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Extensive experience in sales, business development, or commercial management.
- Proven experience managing sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
- Previous experience in a senior sales leadership or management role is highly desirable.
