Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, initiatives, and programs to maximize revenue growth.
- Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability within the sales organization.
- Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Take full ownership of the profit and loss (P&L) responsibility for the international sales division.
- Develop and manage budgets, business plans, and financial forecasts to ensure revenue and profitability goals are met.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customers at a global level.
- Stay up-to-date with the fast-changing world of digital media measurement, recognizing emerging trends and opportunities in the industry.
- Leverage expertise in data analytics and enterprise performance management to position our solutions effectively in the market.
- Utilize experience and knowledge of the Microsoft Data Analytics stack to drive sales and provide valuable insights to clients.
- Possess a proactive “hunter” mentality in the data space, cloud, and enterprise data services.
- Expand business with the existing client portfolio through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
- Proactively build and nurture a strong network of industry contacts, potential clients, and strategic partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 15-20 years of progressive experience in sales of enterprise software solutions.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, including managing teams and driving revenue growth.
- Solid experience in enterprise sales, cloud management, data analytics, and IT services.
- Strong understanding of data analytics, enterprise performance management, and the digital media measurement landscape.
- Experience working with global cross-functional teams and coordinating sales efforts across multiple regions.
- In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Data Analytics stack and its applications in the market.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen and ability to analyze market trends.
Work Environment
- This is a HYBRID role, requiring on-site presence at one of the two locations: Dallas, TX or Atlanta, GA.
- Compensation includes salary plus commission.
