The opportunity
This is a hands-on executive role providing financial leadership through a period of recovery and transformation. Key priorities include:
- Strengthening financial controls and oversight.
- Improving forecasting and medium-term financial planning.
- Supporting financial recovery and building sustainable financial performance.
- Bringing clear financial insight and commercial judgement to executive decision-making.
About you
We are looking for an experienced CFO or Finance Director with a proven track record in financial recovery, turnaround or restructuring. You will bring a strong commercial mindset, a practical approach and the ability to apply your experience within a charity environment.
