A unique opportunity for a Chief Revenue Officer with an award winning IoT company focused on the commodity supply chain industry. As the CRO of an established and financially backed IoT company, you will lead the company through its next phase of growth with a focus on scaling up the global sales team and revenue. This includes establishing scalable sales processes, finding new product market fit, and developing global sales partnerships. You will report to the group CEO and leading a team of 15-20 across different regions.
The successful individual should have:
- A minimum of 15 years in a commercial/BD role of which the last 5 years in a leadership role, with a proven success in global B2B business development and sales
- Proven track record in building a team and scaling up a sales business, achieving high % of revenue growth
- Prior experience in large SaaS companies (100M+ revenue) with strong sales process background
- A strong network and understanding of the commodity trading and commodities trade finance sectors
- Strong business acumen, entrepreneur, dynamic, accountable, problem solver
