Key Responsibilities of the Sales and Operations Executive :
• Qualify inbound leads and conduct outreach to potential clients, identifying their needs and introducing relevant solutions.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and product demonstrations, ensuring smooth interactions between clients and the sales team.
• Track and report on key sales metrics, such as lead conversion rates and pipeline growth.
• Manage the CEO’s calendar and oversee travel logistics to support seamless business operations.
Required Experience from the successful applicant:
• You may have worked in a start-up/small end-user or are early stages within your consulting career focused on SDR/Operations activities.
• Proven experience in sales development with a track record of successful lead qualification and client engagement.
• Strong organizational skills, with experience in managing schedules and coordinating logistics.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and office productivity software.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
