As a Revenue Operations Manager, you'll be connecting all the dots required in the company's backbone, fuelling the ability to achieve our next phase of efficient growth.
This role is the first in a new function of the business and therefore entails an opportunity to help shape what it looks like and make an impact for both MEDDICC as a company and its customers.

Responsibilities of the role:
Data Management and Analysis:
- Collecting, managing, and analyzing data from various sources to provide insights and recommendations.
- Optimizing and connecting various systems to increase effectiveness and efficiency across the full GTM team.
- Providing reporting and dashboards to level up visibility and inform decision-making with actionable data.
Process Optimization:
- Streamlining and standardizing processes across sales, media/marketing, and further GTM team to constantly level up efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identifying bottlenecks in the revenue cycle and implementing solutions to address them.
Revenue Empowerment:
- Empowering the revenue team with the tools, resources, and integrations they need to be effective.
- Ensuring that the revenue team has real-time, centralized access to accurate and up-to-date information on leads, opportunities, and customers.
Revenue Forecasting and Planning:
- Help in leveling up revenue forecasts and tracking performance against targets.
- Assisting in the creation of strategic plans underpinned by data.
- Proactively identifying and analyzing revenue risks and opportunities.
Technology and Tools Management:
- Overseeing the implementation and maintenance of technology solutions that support revenue operations.
- Ensuring that all systems are integrated and data flows seamlessly between them.
Performance Measurement:
- Leading the development of 'GTM Velocity' as a measurement of productivity across the full GTM discipline.
- Conducting regular performance reviews and providing insights to leadership.
Last but certainly not least: helps define the future of
mOS (purpose-built SaaS):
- Collaborating with the product team to strengthen our product proposition from a rev-ops perspective (mOS)

The Package:
The salary range for this role will reflect the level of experience you bring to the role.
