Brillare Group is seeking an energetic and organised Sales and Operations Administrator to play a vital role in supporting both our sales and operational functions. In this key role, you’ll ensure smooth daily operations while helping to drive our sales processes forward. Your support will enable our team to focus on business development and strategic growth, making you an integral part of our success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to both the sales and operations teams
- Manage client communications, responding to enquiries and ensuring follow-ups are timely
- Assist in preparing and managing proposals, contracts, and quotations
- Maintain sales records, CRM data, and operational reports
- Coordinate scheduling for meetings, on-site quotations, and tradesman
- Ensure efficient internal processes and help streamline procedures across departments
- Collaborate with the sales team to track leads, opportunities, and customer touchpoints
- Support operations with documentation, project coordination, and process improvements
- Keep our office, warehouse and showroom running smoothly
About You:
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- 5 Years Experience in sales support, operations, or administration
- Strong Proficiency with CRM systems and office software (e.g., MS Office Suite)
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a dynamic environment
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
- Experience in the electrical or construction industry
