As we continue to expand across the UK and Europe, we are seeking an exceptional Chief Financial Officer to join our Executive leadership team and help shape the next phase of our growth journey.
This is a strategic CFO role operating at Board and Executive Committee level, with responsibility for the financial stewardship, governance, regulatory oversight and operational integrity of a complex, multi-jurisdictional business. The role reports to the International CFO and plays a central role in shaping and delivering Lockton's growth ambitions across Europe acting as a strategic business partner and the financial conscience of the European ExCo.
You will:
- Partner with senior business leaders to drive strategic growth and long-term value creation.
- Lead financial strategy across the UK and wider European operations.
- Provide independent challenge and commercial insight to executive stakeholders.
- Oversee regulated and non-regulated entities across multiple jurisdictions.
- Lead finance activity relating to acquisitions, integrations, investment opportunities and new market expansion.
- Act as a key interface with regulators, auditors and governance bodies.
- Build and inspire a high-performing finance leadership team across Europe.

We are looking for a commercially minded finance leader who combines technical excellence with strategic vision and leadership credibility.
You will likely bring:
- Board or Executive Committee experience within a regulated environment.
- Significant experience leading finance across multiple legal entities and European jurisdictions.
- Strong expertise in governance, risk management, regulatory engagement and financial control frameworks.
- A track record of supporting business growth, transformation and complex strategic decision-making.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence Boards, regulators and senior executives.
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent professional qualification.
