We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented individual to work for us in our overseas office (Bengaluru, India). As we are an international brand working with different time zones, we require the potential candidate to be flexible to in UK shift timings.

As a
Sales Operations Associate, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing our B2B accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- B2B Account Setup: Facilitate the setup of new B2B accounts, ensuring all required documentation and information are accurate and complete
- Invoice Management: Follow up on outstanding invoices, ensuring timely payments and resolving any billing discrepancies
- Account Management Support: Respond to and resolve account management queries, providing exceptional support to our B2B customers
- Customer Assistance: Assist B2B customers, including hotels, with any issues or concerns, managing ad-hoc requests to ensure a positive customer experience
- Complaint Escalation: Escalate customer complaints to the appropriate departments for swift resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction (feedback and feed-forward)
- Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within the B2B sector
- Order Tracking: Monitor and track customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any order-related issues
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales operations, account management, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct market research and analysis
Work Schedule and Patterns:
- 9-hour shift (8 working hours)
- 5 days a week
- Office-based role
