Role – Sales Operations Specialist

As the Sales Operations Specialist at Saviant, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the effectiveness, processes, and systems of our sales, demand generation, and marketing channels.
This includes overseeing compliance design, administering partner commission plans, and conducting comprehensive sales, demand generation, and marketing analytics. Your contributions will be integral to the success of our customer acquisition and revenue functions, fostering close collaborations with cross-functional teams including Sales, Demand Generation, Marketing, Business Unit Leaders, Finance, HR, and IT.
This role delves into the following crucial aspects of Sales Operations at Saviant –
Sales and Go to Market Analytics
Analyzing leads, sales, pipeline, and other relevant data to gain insights and optimize Sales Conversion ratios across Go-to-Market (GTM) channels.
Sales Operations Support
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify system, data, or process needs and provide support in managing the sales operations function. Additionally ensuring compliance with appropriate revenue review requirements, creating, and managing dashboards and reports relatedto customer acquisition functions to drive decision making.
CRM and Quality Management
Working closely with key stakeholders to establish and enforce standards for CRM and integrated system data quality, covering data loading, hygiene, and integration. Additionally, producing high-quality insights from data to enhance the Sales & Marketing team's performance. This includes analyzing critical parameters to improve the quality of sales meetings, sales proposals, and sales accounts, as well as minimizing waste throughout the leads-tocustomer lifecycle.
Here is what we would like you to bring
• 4 to 6 years of experience in Sales Operations including 2 years of experience in developing and managing sales forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans in collaboration with sales leadership.
• Experience in streamlining sales processes through strategic improvements.
• Sound understanding of leads and pipeline data management
• Bachelor's degree in any field and a Post graduate degree in MBA
What we consider a right fit for this role
• You have been supporting a global sales team at a Mid-size Product/Services, or Sales Outsourcing Company (any industry).
• You have hands-on experience working on CRM tools such as HubSpot and Zoho etc and are responsible for establishing and ensuring standards for CRM and integrated system data quality
• You are playing an active role in improving the quality of sales meetings, sales proposals etc
