Key Responsibilities
- Drive Growth: Lead business development efforts to boost profitability and financial success in the U.S. market, focusing on technology sales.
- Strategic Leadership: Partner with the Global CEO to shape and execute our strategic direction in the U.S.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and enhance relationships with key markets, clients, and stakeholders.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and guide the sales and marketing teams to exceed revenue targets, monitoring performance and implementing strategies to maximize effectiveness.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish and track key performance indicators to assess sales revenue performance.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on revenue targets, sales pipeline, and progress to the Global CEO and Board.
- Customer Success: Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, success, and retention.
- Sales Culture: Promote a culture of urgency and agility within the organization.
Who You Are
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Experience: Over 10 years of senior leadership experience, preferably in the SaaS/technology industry within a B2B environment.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams with exceptional decision-making skills.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective business strategies.
- Financial Acumen: Strong financial skills with a track record of driving profitability.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adept at building and maintaining relationships.
- Innovative Mindset: Forward-thinking with a strong ability to embrace and drive innovation.
- Customer Focus: Deep understanding of customer needs and alignment of revenue strategies with customer experience.
