CFO - Service industry
Location: Southeast, GA
Pay: DOE (Estimated $175-200K) + incentives/equity
Schedule: Primarily onsite but open to the hired candidate either relocating or staying local during the week
Our client provides is a growing service organization and is seeking the first CFO to serve the valuable role of strategic partner to the CEO.
What You Get To Do
- Oversee Accounting team of 4
- Managing banking relationships including reporting/compliance for credit facility to be put in place to assist in additional sites
- Serve as audit liaison
- Set-up SOP's, policies and procedures for the Accounting department and company as a whole
- Ultimate responsibility for internal financial reporting
- Cash management and forecasting
- Develop company KPI's and report to other leaders
- Lead future systems implementation efforts
What You Need To Succeed
- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance; CPA and/or Masters a plus
- 10+ years of experience preferably in closely held businesses in scaling/transformation mode (strong entrepreneurial spirit)
- Strong coaching and leadership experience
- High energy and great problem solving skills
