About The Role
The role sits at the intersection of sales, data, and systems: owning the CRM architecture, pipeline analytics, and go-to-market reporting that revenue teams rely on daily.
This role matters because revenue decisions get made on the numbers it produces. From Salesforce data hygiene to forecast models to territory and quota analysis, the work directly shapes how the sales organization plans, executes, and reports on growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Salesforce administration and configuration: objects, validation rules, permission sets, and workflows that keep CRM data trustworthy
- Build and maintain pipeline and forecast dashboards in Tableau, Looker, or Salesforce Reports for sales leadership and the board
- Analyze funnel conversion, win rates, and deal velocity; translate findings into concrete recommendations for sales process changes
- Partner with Finance on quota setting, territory design, commissions logic, and variance reporting
- Evaluate, implement, and integrate GTM tooling (Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo) with data pipelines into the warehouse (Snowflake, dbt, or similar)
- Run quarterly territory and capacity reviews, producing models that inform headcount and coverage planning
- Document systems and processes, serve as the point of contact for RevOps escalations from sales and marketing teams
What We Are Looking For
- 3-6 years in revenue operations, sales operations, or business analysis within a B2B SaaS or technology environment
- Advanced Salesforce administration skills; Admin certification preferred
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with a BI tool (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI)
- Experience with data warehousing and ETL concepts; familiarity with Snowflake, dbt, or Fivetran a plus
- Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguous business questions into analyses and drive decisions with them
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, business, or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus: experience with CPQ, commissions platforms (CaptivateIQ, Xactly), Python or R for analysis, or supporting a company through rapid scale-up
