About Us
Neuracore is the full-stack infrastructure for data-driven robotics. Robots are moving from hand-crafted pipelines to learned policies, but there has been no infrastructure to support that shift, so every team has had to build its own first. We built what we wish had existed for the last 10 years: one platform to collect demonstrations, visualise and curate data, train policies, and deploy them to robots, in the cloud or on-prem.
Neuracore works across robot types and industries, including automotive, aerospace, and home robotics. Customers train on their own data, hardware, and workflows, so they own their robot intelligence. We’re a London-based team founded in 2024 by Prof. Stephen James (Imperial College London, ex-Director of Robot Learning at Dyson), with engineers and researchers from Dyson, Google DeepMind, AWS, and Huawei. We’re now hiring a Chief Revenue Officer to lead our commercial organisation as we bring Neuracore to blue-chip R&D and robotics teams.
About the Role
We’re hiring a Chief Revenue Officer to take Neuracore from founder-led sales to a scalable, repeatable revenue engine. This is a player-coach role: you’ll start by closing enterprise deals yourself, working alongside our founder and our recently hired Founding GTM team, then lead and grow the team that scales what works. You’ll own revenue strategy, forecasting, and commercial hiring, and work closely with our forward-deployed engineers, Product, and Engineering. You’ll join the leadership team with real ownership and equity, and shape how Neuracore goes to market for years to come.
What You’ll Do
- Carry a personal number in your first months, leading strategic enterprise deals alongside our founder and Founding GTM team, from first conversation through paid trial to annual contract
- Take over commercial leadership from our founder and turn a proven playbook into a repeatable, capacity-planned sales motion
- Lead and coach our Founding GTM team, and hire the sellers who follow, setting quotas, territories, and the standard for what good looks like
- Own our trial model and its conversion: on-site kick-off, a three-month paid initial term, and conversion to an annual platform contract based on measured usage
- Set pricing, packaging, and deal strategy for large, multi-stakeholder enterprise contracts
- Build strategic relationships at executive level across automotive, aerospace, industrial, and consumer robotics
- Own forecasting and pipeline governance, and report revenue performance to the founder and Board
- Partner with Product and Engineering so customer insight shapes the roadmap
- Build a modern GTM stack, using signal-based and AI-assisted tooling (e.g. Clay) to make the team as efficient as possible
Required Skills
- 10+ years of B2B software or enterprise technology sales, including several years leading sales teams
- A track record of personally closing large, complex enterprise deals, and staying hands-on as a leader
- Experience scaling a sales organisation at an early or growth-stage company, ideally from founder-led sales onwards
- A strong hiring record: you know what a great enterprise seller looks like and how to find more of them
- Experience running complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (6-12+ months) into large enterprises
- Ability to hold credible technical conversations with robotics and ML engineers. You don’t need to be an engineer, but you need to genuinely understand the product
- Strong commercial judgement on pricing, trials, negotiation, and forecasting
Preferred Skills
- Experience selling into robotics, automation, or industrial/manufacturing customers
- Experience selling developer tools, ML infrastructure, or data platforms
- Experience building a commercial function from scratch at a venture-backed startup
- Experience reporting to a Board and working with investors on revenue planning
- Existing relationships in robotics, aerospace, automotive, or consumer appliances
