Our client, a mid-sized publicly traded government contractor based in Chantilly, VA seeks a CFO. The CFO will report directly to the CEO, and as a key member of the senior management team, will play a critical and strategic role in the company. The individual will also have frequent interaction with the Board of Directors, lenders and other external parties.
Candidate must have a CPA, public accounting background, SEC/technical accounting experience, a hands-on focus and strategic outlook. Will consider ascending candidates with those credentials.
