Chief Financial Officer – US Remote
Growing digital media company is seeking a CFO to help shape its next chapter. This is not a traditional P&L-management role: it is about building the models and financial perspective that help leadership decide where to invest and how to grow.
What You'll Do
- Own annual planning: set budgets and targets, run forecasting, and update KPIs monthly
- Build business/financial models for new revenue streams and long-term investments, including the indirect, multi-benefit economics typical of media
- Take strategic direction from the CEO and turn it into clear scenarios and recommendations
- Partner with business unit leaders as a trusted advisor
- Support corporate development thinking suited to a capital-efficient company
- Bring practical AI fluency to how finance and the business operate
What You'll Bring
- 10+ years of experience in strategic finance or corporate development
- Strong business/financial modeling skills
- Experience in lean, high-growth, unstructured environments, ideally in the media space
- A hands-on, scrappy style: this is an individual-contributor seat, both strategic and executional
- A collaborative, service-oriented approach to working with the CEO, leadership team, and GMs
- Fluency with AI

- Location: Fully remote; quarterly travel for leadership meetings

- Compensation: $250-300K plus discretionary bonus and equity package
