Job Summary
The Sales Operations Specialist will manage small to mid-size projects that help support the Dealer Engagement team’s business objectives and will recommend and/or implement process improvements within the team. This role will act as a field liaison, working collaboratively with internal teams across the organization to improve multiple facets of dealer engagement that facilitate delivering insightful and high value consultation.
This role will handle a high volume of team coordination and sales operations reporting requiring exceptional communication and organizational skills and eye for detail. The Specialist will coordinate, and schedule critical regional meetings working with teams to capture topics of interest and reporting on prior meetings. Additionally, the Specialist will handle the reporting for the company’s annual dealer survey results.
The position requires a high volume of complex Excel report creation and data analysis for a sales operations team. The ideal candidate will have an expertise in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data interpretation, visualization, etc.) with the ability to analyze trends, interpret data and summarize for field leaders.
This position is a hybrid role which requires the employee to work in the office every Tuesday and Wednesday
Essential Functions
- Act as the primary point of contact for the field team as it relates to assigned projects.
- Develop effective and productive relationships with field team members and other SMEs.
- Complete projects as assigned to improve the functioning of the department and the field team.
- Collect data, create reports, and analyze data for assigned area to ensure department goals and deliverables are achieved.
- Evaluate Dealer digital market strategies, tactics, and performance providing insights to field team to support dealer consultations.
- Support field reps and market area directors, working with internal teams to resolve field issues.
- Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies to streamline overall department workflow.
- Maintain knowledge of products, industry, market conditions, and customers’ issues, business priorities, and challenges.

Experience
- Digital marketing (1+ years).
- Basic knowledge of the automotive retail environment preferred.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Background working on a sales operations team, a plus. Proven background in Excel including formulas, functions, and visualization. Ability to recognize trends, interpret data and summarize for field leaders. Salesforce experience, a plus.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Marketing, or equivalent combination of education and experience
