About the Role:
As the Store Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by managing customer deposits, order assignments, and coordinating communication between customers, designers, and our internal teams. You will maintain accurate records, keep clients updated on order ETAs, and assist in the onboarding of new designers to our portal.
Your Skillset:
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a proven track record of resolving customer complaints and issues in an effective and efficient manner.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Google Workspace.
- Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in an administrative or customer service role.
- Knowledge or interest in high-end furniture and interior design is a plus.
Responsibilities:
You will be our client's first and main point of contact from the time their order is placed with their Account Manager until the product arrives in our warehouse. During that time you will be responsible for the following:
- Process Customer Deposits: Accurately handle and record deposits for all customer purchases and orders.
- Manage ETA Spreadsheet: Keep the ETA spreadsheet up to date, ensuring all expected delivery dates are accurate and communicated to customers in a timely manner.
- Customer Communication: Make phone calls and send emails to customers, providing updates on orders, delivery timelines, and any other pertinent information.
- Designer Portal Management: Assist in deciding the allocation of new designers on the portal. Provide administrative support for clients when necessary.
- Collaborate with Team: Work closely with Account Managers and vendors to ensure a seamless customer experience from purchase to when the product is received by the CF warehouse team.
- Handle Customer Inquiries: Address and resolve any issues or questions related to orders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
How your success will be measured:
Primary KPI's
- Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) Survey > Target: 85% satisfaction.
- Deposit Handling Accuracy > Target: 100% accuracy.
- ETA Communication Timeliness > Target: 95% of ETA updates communicated within 24 hours.
