We're looking for an intern in Sales Operations in order to support our Sales and Marketing teams. The internship is about questioning and optimising our several processes through analytics for a better sales cycle.
MISSIONS:
- Support Sales team in their day-to-day activities and ensure that sales processes are properly monitored and executed.
- Participate in maintaining a reliable and up-to-date customer database (CRM).
- Sort and help analyze data from Marketing, Sales, and Key Account Management departments to drive strategic decisions.
- Be a driving force in the maintenance of relevant tools to support the sales and marketing teams (Hubspot, Salesforce, Linkedin, Salesloft...) and streamline associated processes.
- Document and contribute to the establishment of a common knowledge base that can serve as a reference in the years to come.
PROFILE:
- Native/bilingual proficiency in both French & English.
- Eager to learn about business, Sales ecosystem & challenges.
- Strong data analysis skills.
- Real communication & people skills with a capacity to adapt to your audience in an international environment.
- A passion for environmental transition.

- A natural curiosity and willingness to experiment and iterate in an agile manner.
- A positive attitude and a strong optimism combined with a good attention to detail.
Nice-to-have skills:
- Previous experience with a CRM (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Experience in a SaaS company.
- Familiarity with a hyper-growth organisation environment.
- Mathematical modeling skills (SQL/Python).
