What will I be doing?
We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to support us with running an internal, seamless sales operation. The role will help us deliver against our ambitious growth plans and will be responsible for enhancing efficiency and effectiveness of sales activity.
This role is very broad and will need to interact with many teams, senior stakeholders and generally keeping the sales operation organised and on track. The role involves defining and implementing best practices, coordinating preparation for key strategic engagements, running internal Sales ceremonies and improving our reporting processes.
We are looking for innovation and creativity, somebody who can identify the most impactful ways to improve development of opportunities and be dynamic in executing these initiatives.
This role will mainly focus on our EU activity, but will have the opportunity to work with the sales folk in the US and Australia too.
Sales Operations Responsibilities
- Defining Sales best practices and streamlining processes
- Managing internal sales ceremonies and reporting processes to key stakeholders
- Identifying and implementing any tools that could improve efficiency of sales activity
- Develop and create a playbook for organising every element of key strategic engagements
- Coordination of material preparation across internal Kaluza teams for key meetings
- Set up and managing product training and upskilling process across commercial team
Ideally you will have:
- Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment
- Data-driven and analytical mindset
- Ability to work independently but within a team environment
- Highly adaptable and flexible, able to manage deadlines and respond to change in tact based on deal evolution
