The Team
A&M’s Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) in Europe. The PEPI team is a highly ambitious, fast growing team that helps organisations navigate complex business challenges, boost performance improvement, and maximize stakeholder value. It's a team of operators, consultants, and industry experts focused on unlocking value within the investment portfolios of private equity and corporate clients throughout the investment lifecycle — from pre-deal diligence through to post-deal transformation.
