Our Sr. Sales Operations Channel Manager will be the key point of contact for supporting some of our largest customers in North America. In this role you will work directly with our Retail and E-commerce Sales leaders to service our largest National Resellers including Amazon, Best Buy, Target, and Walmart.
You will help execute the strategy of our E-com and Retail sales team leaders by assisting in the creation of our forecast, allocations, promotions calendars. You will also serve as a liaison to our HQ team manufacturing and planning teams to help update them on strategy and execution of our North America E-com and Retail product lifecycle plans.
The ideal candidate for this role should be extremely well versed in working with our key National E-commerce and Retail partners. They should understand the resellers goals and strategy, while navigating Amazfit’s profitability and market growth objectives.
In this position you will interface with many departments across our company and will serve as the key liaison between our Retail and E-com Sales teams and Amazfit’s Marketing, Operations, Finance, Product Management and Sales Operations teams.
The ideal candidate should be extremely knowledgeable on pricing, forecasting, logistics and retail reset requirements for these customers.

Position Details
Our Sr. Sales Operations Channel Manager will be a key internal point of contact for our sales team and will interact daily with our Retail and E-commerce Sales Leaders. You will also interact with our key customers via e-mail, on the phone, and from time to time in person (2-3x per year).
The person in this role will be expected to build relationships with key contacts internally and externally including with our key reseller customers, our 3rd party Sales Rep Partner Organizations, and internally with our Product Operations, Sales, Finance, Product Management and 3rd Party Warehouse teams.
As a key resource you will work closely with our sales leaders, our operations team and customer POS reports to update inventory and revenue forecast, execute on inventory allocation decisions, and manage our approved promotional calendars at the direction of our Sales Leaders.
In this role you will also work closely with our International Operations, Sales Leaders and our 3rd Party Logistics Service Providers to forecast, track and allocate in-bound inventory.

Key Position Responsibilities
The ideal candidate must thrive in a fast-paced environment and have sales ops experience working with Amazfit's key National Customers including Amazon, Target, Best Buy, and Walmart. You will be responsible for working with our Sr. Sales Leaders to create an allocation plan than minimizes any potential customer issues.
To be successful in this role the right candidate must be flexible and adapt to change on a moment’s notice. They should also be willing to work directly with our International Operations teams in multiple time zones to help maintain optimal product inventory.
You will work closely with the Sales leaders to communicate fulfillment schedules, product lifecycles and promotions to customers and sales reps. You should also be extremely knowledgeable of national retailer logistics requirements, as you will work closely with our Operations team and 3rd Party Logistics providers to ensure orders are fulfilled within customer routing guide and service level requirements.
The right candidate should understand product inventory needs and effectively utilize product availability information when processing orders and communicating with customers and our sales team. With this insight you will convey product allocation decisions made by our sales leaders to our warehouse allocations team so they may release orders to our key customers in a timely process.
Lastly, the right candidate should have a strong understanding of pricing and profitability calculations to help our Sales Leaders generate reseller price list, promotional calendars and update forecast based on their sales strategy and promotions.
Requirements
- 5-years’ experience in Sales Operations including forecasting management, product allocations, order administration, product roadmap management, pricing and profitability tracking.
- Must have recent sales operations/order administration experience working with National Retailers (i.e. Amazon, Target, Best Buy, Costco, Walmart, etc.)
- Must possess a high awareness of pricing and profitability margin calculations to help create promo calendars and oversee North American profitability charts per product/key customer.
- Experienced with customer forecasts and seasonality/high sales periods.
- Strong understanding of sales operation cycles including Customer Forecasting, Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, Allocations, 3PL Fulfillment and Billing.
- Strategic, proactive and action-oriented individual who can work well with our 3rd party logistics providers, contract manufacturers, and customers to resolve inventory constraints.
- Analytical, able to transform qualitative and quantitative data into executable strategies for forecasting, product build plans, and allocation plans.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and ability to update price list, profitability charts and promotional calendars.
- Experience using Lark messaging system a huge plus.
- Chinese native speaker a plus.
- CE Background a huge plus.
