As our Revenue Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence across the entire Go-to-Market function (Sales, Marketing & Customer Success), reporting directly into the CRO!
- Manage and optimise our CRM (HubSpot), ensuring data integrity and alignment with GTM strategies.
- Generate and analyse reports on sales, marketing, and customer success to provide actionable insights for the leadership team.
- Design playbooks and implement clear processes to enhance efficiency across the organisation, regularly monitoring adherence and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with leadership to support accurate forecasting through detailed pipeline analysis.
- Work closely with the CRO to align leadership around impactful GTM process changes, monitor the progress, and continuously improve it
- Monitor key GTM motion KPIs, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement in areas like sales funnel optimisation, lead scoring, and marketing strategies.
- Architect and align all of our systems with GTM strategies, working cross-collaboratively to implement necessary changes.
- Data-driven problem solver focused on process optimisation.
- Detail-oriented with a talent for spotting inefficiencies and crafting effective solutions.
- Experienced in CRM management, especially with HubSpot, with the ability to customise to meet business needs.
- Clear and confident communicator who is able to instigate and drive change
- Strong analytical thinker who can turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
