The CFO will operate as a key strategic partner to the Managing Director, providing meaningful, timely and forward-looking financial intelligence to support profitable and sustainable growth.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong manufacturing finance experience, business acumen and the ability to translate financial information into measurable operational improvements.
The successful candidate must transition the organisation from traditional accounting and retrospective reporting towards a culture of proactive financial management, performance accountability and data-driven decision-making.

- Own cash flow planning, liquidity management, banking relationships and treasury operations.
- Establish weekly and rolling 13-week cash flow forecasts.
