A well-established, multi-billion-dollar financial institution is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to provide strategic financial leadership and help guide the organization’s continued growth and long-term success. Candidates should have prior CFO or senior-level financial leadership experience within a multi-billion-dollar financial institution, such as a credit union or bank, and a strong understanding of the complexities of managing a large, sophisticated financial organization. This executive will oversee financial planning, budgeting, investment strategies, asset-liability management, financial performance, and key risk considerations while working closely with the CEO, executive team, and board of directors. The role also plays an important part in merger and acquisition opportunities, strategic partnerships, and the oversight of affiliated business entities. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial acumen, sound business judgment, and the ability to connect financial strategy with organizational goals, along with the leadership skills to develop talent and contribute to the overall direction of the organization.
