Overview
- The Senior Integration & Automation Manager optimizes deal processes and ensures efficient, accurate deal closure. This role works closely with internal customers and stakeholders to improve the lead to cash process and optimize systems to support company revenue goals.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
The essential functions and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to, the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
- Support internal customers to optimize our integrations & automations across our processes to drive revenue
- Support the efficiency and effectiveness of systems that enable the order to cash process.
- Ensure optimal deal structuring & automation for both the customer and the company.
- Reduce sales cycle times and improve deal closure rates to optimize our path to revenue growth using automations and integrations within our tech stack
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Automation Improvements:
- Act as the business champion and liaison for our technical teams by proactively embedding within revenue driving organizations to evaluate their processes and translate them to actionable technical requirements for our techstack and processes.
- Create an automation and integration architecture for our revenue generating systems to reduce operational overhead across the growth team
- Keep detailed accounts of meetings, discussions, decisions, and progress for ongoing projects, synthesize key takeaways, and actions.
- Ensure the quality control and accuracy of orders, contracts, deals & opportunities.
- Work closely with the members of the Growth team to identify, recommend, and scope solutions for increased sales operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the Revenue Operations team to implement and support process changes within the tech stack, including workflows, automation, and engagement rules.
- Assist engineering our deal structure & approval process, including pricing and discounts to maintain margins and reach company goals in compliance with company pricing strategy.
- Handle customer administrative requests supporting opportunities, including the collection and input of required data for deals requiring site level billing.
- Integration Data Accuracy:
- Ensure accurate data is flowing across our integrations across corporate systems (Salesforce, Hubspot, Netsuite, etc).
- Validate user-input data quality vs CPQ output for closed opportunities and order activations.
- Maintain sales and customer data in Salesforce and other software.
- Training and Support:
- Assist with tech stack onboarding and training for new Growth Team members.
- Document and when necessary lead cross functional trainings around our tech stack policies, automations, procedures, training manuals, and resource materials.

- Qualifications:
- Proven experience in revenue operations, revenue operations, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, HubSpot and other relevant tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Very strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions and balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders within the organization, particularly Growth Leadership and Account Executives.
- Nice to Haves:
- Experience with Netsuite (ERP) x Salesforce integration & implementations
- Familiarity with Mulesoft or any other IPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service)
- Creation of E2E lead to close sales system & supporting techstack
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in sales or revenue operations or a similar role.
- Salesforce certification, CPQ specialization highly preferred.
