Key Responsibilities (Sales Operations And Financial Reporting Analyst)
- Own and maintain CRM data accuracy, completeness, and integrity across the organization.
- Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, customer activity, and operational metrics to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Partner with sales teams to identify and resolve missing or inaccurate data.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for leadership.
- Support the preparation of recurring financial reports, including revenue, margin, and forecasting analysis.
- Reconcile sales and operational data with financial results, investigating variances and ensuring consistency across systems.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and month-over-month financial analysis.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial analysis, reporting, and modeling.
- Solid understanding of financial concepts, including revenue, margins, forecasting, and variance analysis.
