Position Overview:
The Senior Vice President of Sales and Operations will be responsible for leading and driving the strategic vision and execution of sales and operational activities within the Orlando region. This executive role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in both sales growth and operational excellence. The SVP will oversee the development and implementation of business strategies, manage key client relationships, and ensure the highest levels of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the sales and operational strategy to achieve the company’s growth objectives in the Orlando area.
- Sales Management: Lead the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding market share, and fostering long-term client relationships.
- Operational Oversight: Ensure efficient and effective operational processes, including project management, resource allocation, and quality control to meet and exceed client expectations.
- Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing sales and operations teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.
- Financial Performance: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to ensure profitability and alignment with business goals.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Innovation and Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies, with a strong emphasis on safety and environmental stewardship.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role within the landscape or a related industry, with a strong focus on sales and operations.
- Proven success in driving sales growth and leading large-scale operations.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and P&L management.
- Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
- Strong client relationship management skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Knowledge of the Orlando market and industry trends is a plus.
