Your future team
You will be part of an international, growing team of 5 full-time employees. The team enjoys collaborating on projects as well as spending time together inside and outside the office.
Your role in this journey
You will be in charge of the M&A operations, Partner Homes team and sales compensation. Your tasks will include:
- Develop and implement successful M&A strategies to ensure smooth integration of new partner acquisitions.
- Manage and optimise existing M&A partnerships, ensuring alignment with company strategy and objectives.
- Define and calculate compensation KPIs for Holidu Sales Managers and SDR teams.
- Collaborate with other Revenue Ops Managers, Sales leads and other departments to ensure all countries achieve their acquisition targets.
- Provide high-quality analyses to M&A and Sales & Account Management teams supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Define processes and manage Pipedrive (our Sales CRM) to ensure streamlined operations for Sales & Account Management and M&A partners.
- Leading projects from start to finish which helps increase our process efficiency
Your backpack is filled with
- 3+ years work experience in Revenue Operations, Consulting or Sales with proven business impact.
- Studies in business, economics or related.
- Strong analytical skills – with high attention to detail.
- An independent and hands-on work attitude.
- You demonstrate excellent project management skills, which allows you to work on different projects
- You get joy from working with a customer-centric approach and enabling others
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Fluent English skills – any additional European language (e.g. IT, PT, ES, FR, DE, GR) is a plus.
- Willingness to work in the Munich office twice a week.
