- Guides major tax-planning initiatives alongside external specialists, regulates intercompany transfers, and maintains financial integrity across separate operating divisions.
Qualifications:
- Extensive history of directing financial strategy at an executive tier (such as Chief Financial Officer or Finance VP), preferably within multi-unit environments, commercial contracting, or production sectors.
- Mastery of corporate liquidity, working capital optimization, institutional reporting metrics, and standard contracting finances like progress billings, holdbacks, and project cost tracking.
- Demonstrated capability managing high-level tax structuring initiatives and collaborating effectively with outside accounting firms.
- Background in regulating significant capital expenditures and transportation assets through performance indicators and analytical lease-versus-buy modeling.
- History of working hand-in-hand with field operations and pre-construction bidding units to align commercial activities with broader fiscal targets.
- Experience managing department heads and establishing standardized operational protocols across general accounting and cash processing teams.
- Sound ethical standard coupled with the exceptional presentation and relational skills needed to gain immediate trust from business owners and operational executives.
