The role sits between finance, credit, operations and commercial strategy. You'll work directly with founders, CFOs and finance teams, with a clear path to a management role as the company scales.
What you'll do:
- Own customer onboarding, from first financial assessment to launch
- Analyse customers' accounts and build financial models for funding decisions
- Drive operational improvement projects, including AI-driven workflows
Is this you?
- 2-4 years in banking, consulting, financial services or fintech
- Strong Excel and financial analysis, with sharp attention to detail
- Confident working with founders, CFOs and other senior stakeholders
