Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a global revenue strategy for Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Field Service Management (FSM), including sales, marketing, pricing, and partnerships.
- Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing global sales team across various regions and channels.
- Establish and track key performance indicators to optimize revenue, customer retention, and market expansion.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry leaders.
- Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and product innovations.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Partner with marketing and customer success teams to create impactful campaigns, programs, and events that drive demand and loyalty.
- Represent the company and our EAM and FSM solutions at industry events, conferences, and in the media.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development within the enterprise software industry, preferably focused on EAM and FSM.
- 10+ years of experience leading and managing global sales teams and revenue operations.
- Proven success in meeting and exceeding revenue targets, enhancing customer satisfaction, and growing market share.
- Experience working in a matrix organization.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
