Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to take the lead in our sales efforts and manage key client accounts. This dual-role position requires a professional with a strong background in tech sales, particularly within account-based strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, fostering long-term relationships, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Strategic Growth: Develop and implement account-based sales strategies tailored to the needs of our clients, leveraging your understanding of their business challenges and how Dragin.io can provide solutions.
- Client Onboarding: Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales initiatives with overall company goals and ensure a cohesive client experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account-based tech sales, with a strong emphasis on B2B environments.
- Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a track record of closing high-value deals.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce, SaaS solutions, and API integrations.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker who can identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
