In this leadership role, you will be at the forefront of driving growth and ensuring the successful execution of our entire portfolio within the Northeast region. You will guide a dynamic, cross-functional team to achieve market potential while ensuring excellence in every aspect of operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and Inspire: Manage a talented team of 21 professionals across two divisions, including five direct reports. Foster a growth-oriented mindset and support individual and team development.
- Strategic Leadership: Oversee and enhance the operational performance within the region. Develop, monitor, and administer programs to ensure efficiency, profitability, and alignment with strategic goals.
- Growth and Innovation: Forecast business growth, identify industry trends, and collaborate with Sales Directors to develop strategies for expansion. Highlight risks and opportunities to drive revenue and profitability.
- Business Planning: Develop and implement business and cost management plans, delivering annual revenue and profit targets for the region. Continuously evaluate performance and implement strategies to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Collaboration and Alignment: Work closely with corporate functions to ensure initiatives align with business needs and corporate vision. Deliver an Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for the diverse brand portfolio, leading the commercial sell-in for new product families.
- Talent Development: Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing cross-functional team across Operations, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and more. Focus on maximizing team potential and building capabilities to meet current and future requirements.
- Contract Negotiation and Partnership: Negotiate sales contracts and pricing strategies to drive profitability. Partner with National Accounts, Revenue Growth Management, Brand Marketing, Finance, HR, and other functions for strategic decision-making.
