Job Description:
The Sales Operations and Key Account Manager reports to the Director of Sales and Marketing and is an integral part of the leadership team at All-Rite Spring. She/he works to optimize and govern the organization’s sales operations process while supporting new business development strategy and a portfolio of key existing accounts.
A firm grasp of basic sales and marketing concepts is required. The successful candidate contributes regularly to sales and marketing strategy and to the development of presentation materials and other marketing collateral.
The successful candidate makes themselves readily available by phone and email, and proactively engages customers to understand their needs and effectively communicate the All-Rite Spring value proposition. As opportunities and/or needs are identified, she/he defines and communicates customer deliverables and timelines, and provides internal “voice of the customer” support to ensure complete and on-time delivery. Throughout the deliverable process, she/he is always listening to ensure internal and external expectations are aligned, and steps in immediately to highlight and resolve disconnects. Tactful assertiveness is required. There is a time to send email, a time to call a meeting, and a time to pick up the phone. The successful candidate has a keen awareness of which is appropriate for a given situation.
Primary Responsibilities Include (But are not limited to):
· Prepare and submit RFQ documents (with data support from Engineering & Management)
· Regular email and Phone communication with Customers
· Facilitate design review and design for manufacturability meetings with ARSC and Customer Engineering
· Track & communicate the status of the RFQ activity pipeline: due dates, priorities, etc.
· Solicit supplier quotations for outside products or services pertaining to a Customer RFQ
· Coordinate with Production to assist with general order fulfillment needs of the Customer
· Prepare and deliver (value prop) presentations to existing and prospective Customers
· Provide prompt and thorough follow-through on all customer interactions
· Occasional travel to customer sites for purchasing/sales related meetings
Behaviors, Skills & Experience (Must Have):

· Strong networking, listening, and relationship development skills
· BS or BA from a four-year university, OR equivalent work experience
· Strong organization and recordkeeping skills; attention to detail
· Basic proficiency with MS Office suite of applications - especially Excel;
· Basic familiarity, willingness and ability (with training) to navigate customer ERP portals as needed
· Basic math proficiency; tracking of decimals, units of measure & unit conversions, etc.
“Nice to Haves”
· Automotive or other Industrial markets experience not necessary, but a big PLUS
· Direct Manufacturing environment experience not necessary, but a big PLUS

Spring Grove, IL; No relocation assistance provided at this time
Position:
Full-Time, with immediate availability
Must have a valid state driver’s license
