The Opportunity:
In this important role you will be accountable for supporting the Quote to Cash team through timely, accurate and thoughtful processing of invoice adjustments, online customer portal enquiries, lab testing charges, quotes and other enquiries presented by key internal and external stakeholders. The focus for the role is to contribute to a successful customer experience, enhance key stakeholder satisfaction and ensure real time, accurate transactional processing. The key stakeholders are the General Managers, Account Managers, Sales Representatives, Customer Service Centre & customers.
This is a heavily deadline-driven role in a high-volume environment, requiring adaptability to shifting priorities, and proactively solving problems whilst continuously investing in and engaging with the operations support team.
Further and detailed responsibilities are found in the Position Description which is available upon request and will include:
- Raising and maintaining 100% accurate and under two-hour turnaround of customer quotes.
- Ensuring daily invoice adjustments are processed accurately, following defined approval processes and within billing deadlines.
- Maintenance of Sales Force data as required by Q2C Operations Support Manager.
- Timely and accurate processing of lab charges within predefined billing deadlines.
- Timely under 24 hours response to online customer portal enquiries.
- Assisting in ongoing inbox management
- Managing day to day innovative and effective operational service delivery to the business of Sales Operations support.
About you:
To succeed in this key role, you should possess the following:
- Demonstrated Sales Operations support experience in a shared services model.
- Demonstrated training & support experience in sales operations.
- Attention to detail and clear communication skills.
- A customer excellence and continuous improvement mindset.
- Excellent computer skills (SAP, Google suite, Microsoft suite, Salesforce)
- SAP experience is favourable but not essential.
