About The Role:
To some, data is just data; to others, data is a powerful tool that can unlock the answers to critical problems, form strategies and drive results. But the key is – clean data. As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in optimizing our revenue operations processes and systems. You will be responsible for supporting the full GTM tech stack, assisting with report and dashboard creation, and ensuring data accuracy across the GTM org. Your work will have a direct impact on better decision-making and enhancing the effectiveness of our GTM teams!
What You’ll Do:
Salesforce Support:
- Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
- Create and manage Salesforce list views, flows, automations.
- Perform Salesforce data quality maintenance and corrections, including CPQ quotes and data corrections.
- Assist the Revenue Enablement team in promoting Salesforce best practices and driving user adoption.
Partner with GTM Teams
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Experience and Finance.
- Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders to deliver relevant reporting solutions.
- Respond to service tickets and address user inquiries related to revenue operations tools and processes.
- Process event lists, including data cleaning and formatting to ensure accurate and actionable data.
Tech Stack Management Go-To Person
- Assist in managing HubSpot for marketing automation and integration with SFDC.
- Assist in managing Catalyst for customer health and post sales metrics – including but not limited to segment creation, layout editing, and managing customer success metrics.
- Ensure proper integration and processes across tech stack : Gong, Spiff, Salesloft to ensure excellent data hygiene across GTM function
What You’ll Bring:
- 1-3 years of experience in a revenue operations, sales operations, or related analytical role.
- Background in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, equivalent experience
- Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) is required; certification or experience as an SFDC admin is preferred.
- Experience with HubSpot and Catalyst is a plus.
- Experience with Gong, Spiff, and Salesloft is advantageous.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Proficient in Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
- Passion for data and self-driven to improve processes
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and understand their reporting needs.
