Job Overview
As the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction and operational framework of our organization. Collaborating closely with the Executive Leadership Team, your primary aim will be to ensure the seamless coordination of essential business functions such as Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Administration. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the formulation and execution of business strategies aimed at achieving and surpassing performance and financial targets.

- Ensure the effective integration of all critical business functions, aligning them towards shared objectives in a collaborative environment.

- Experience guiding a company or division utilizing the EOS Operating Model is highly preferred.
