Job Description
As a part of the Worldwide Operations team, this individual will drive the effectiveness and efficiency of our Revenue organization by collaborating with leaders within the Sales and Operations teams. We have a strong culture of data-driven decision making at Sprinklr and this individual, in collaboration with the rest of the Worldwide Operations team will function as a center of expertise for the Sales organization.
In order to be successful, this individual will have demonstrable experience in analyses, reporting and processes across a broad range of Sales Operations and Sales topics such as pipeline, productivity, predictive analytics, conversion reporting, compensation, reporting and dashboards, and forecasting. They will also have experience working closely with a number of internal stakeholders, including Operations, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and the Senior Leadership team.
- Partner with senior leaders across GTM to set the GTM organization up for scale
- Right-hand to DVP of the region
- Challenger to the leadership team to help drive data driven decision making in the region
- Report to leaders and regional teams on results, forecasts, and trends with insights and analysis through dashboards, presentations, and reporting
- Develop KPI reporting and key business insights
- Ability to pull data points and analyses together to influence leaders and provide strategic recommendations
- Ready to dig into complex problems and become an expert in Revenue Operations at every level
- Develop recommendations for new business processes and initiatives to support improvements in Revenue Operations
- Partner with the Revenue Operations leadership to analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including sales team performance, pipeline conversion, cost of customer acquisition and lifetime value of customers
- Develop financial models and analyses for business partners to support optimal sales and marketing decision making
- Communicate initiatives and goals with Senior Management Team
- Support compensation design to determine the metrics and targets that the teams within Sales are measured on
- Partner with cross-functional teams on business initiatives that impact systems, reporting, policies, and process improvements
- Translate business initiatives into actionable objectives by developing, coordinating, and implementing a plan then measuring the overall impact and success

Requirements:
- BA/BS or equivalent experience
- Experience across one or more operations functional areas: Sales Operations, Business Operations, Consulting, or Finance
- Background in SaaS or a recurring customer subscription model company
- Experience using Salesforce, Power BI, & Microsoft Applications
- Experience with data management and an understanding of data transformation and visualization techniques to drive insights and data-driven decision making
- Business fluency in German and English
