Job Summary:
The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) will play a crucial role in shaping the financial future of The Remedy Mental Health. This executive position will oversee revenue cycle management, marketing, business development, and operational strategies to maximize growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in revenue management, strategic planning, and project management, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth in a healthcare or related setting.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department.
- Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
- Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
- Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Oversee and optimize revenue cycle, ensuring efficient billing, collections, and financial reporting processes.
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, attract new clients, and retain existing ones.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand service offerings and reach.
- Formulate and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue goals and ensure long-term sustainability.
- Analyze market trends, financial performance, and operational metrics to create accurate revenue projections and forecasts.
- Lead cross-functional projects to enhance operational efficiency, service delivery, and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment between revenue goals and operational capabilities.
- Build and mentor a high-performing revenue team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Carries out other responsibilities as assigned by leadership.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in revenue cycle management, business development, or related roles within the healthcare industry.
- Strong customer service experience/background.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
