An incredible opportunity has arisen for a driven CRO to join INSPHERE, an exciting and innovative company making waves in the world of metrology. Founded in 2013, they started by providing metrology consultancy and training to the aerospace and automotive sectors. Fast forward to today, and they’ve evolved into a key player in the robotics manufacturing industry.
In 2017, they launched their own research team to explore the potential of dimensional data, leading to the successful release of their IONA system in 2021. This product has been a game-changer for their customers, helping them achieve greater accuracy and efficiency in their manufacturing processes.

The Role
I'm on the lookout for a dynamic Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)to take charge of their commercial strategy. This role is crucial to their growth, so I'm seeking someone with solid sales experience, a real strategic thinker, and ideally someone who holds experience in international expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Strategy: Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy focused on identifying and maximising revenue opportunities.
- Drive Growth: Own the revenue across our product lines, ensuring alignment with our business goals.
- Create a Sales Playbook: Build a scalable sales playbook with strategies for our target industries and markets.
- Expand Markets: Take the lead on our expansion into the US and other key territories, using your expertise to guide market entry.
- Build the Team: Recruit and inspire a high-performing commercial team across sales, marketing, customer success, and account management.
- Develop Partnerships: Strengthen relationships with partners to drive sales through alternative channels like resellers and distributors.

- Experienced in multiple revenue streams (product sales, services, consulting).
- Proven success in driving commercial wins within a small, ambitious environment.
