About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will play a critical role in supporting the Sales Team, ensuring seamless operations and enabling your team to achieve high growth targets. Acting as a liaison across various entities within the Soda revenue ecosystem, you will support the customer lifecycle journey from lead generation to conversion, with the aim to delivering mutually beneficial outcomes aligned with our business strategy and revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Soda Infrastructure CRM system, including pipeline, reporting, campaign management, day-to-day operations, and internal and external information transmission
- Work directly with key leadership on in-depth sales analysis to assist revenue growth and visibility
- Support the development, preparation and management of sales reports, presentations, and correspondence, using multiple software packages, including Salesforce, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and additional CRM tools
- Design, refine and streamline systems and processes that assist with business development and sales performance
- Manage meeting cadence for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring materials are sent in advance, time is well spent, and objectives are achieved
- Nurture accurate and complete information databases and document management systems, to ensure efficient retrieval of information
- Provide ad-hoc support to the Revenue and Commercial Teams as and when required
- Be a positive, engaging internal and external interface, providing support and coordinating the resolution of issues
About You
- Previous experience in either tech or telecommunications industries (the latter preferred)
- Proven success and experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Data-driven mindset with a history of consistently exceeding targets
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail in maintaining accurate sales data and reporting
- Proficient in supporting sales teams by optimising workflows, managing CRM tools, and streamlining sales operations
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively between sales, marketing, and technical teams
- Analytical thinker with the ability to provide insights and recommendations based on sales metrics and performance data
