Job Description

A National Products, Inc. Sales Operations Specialist job is to manage procedural documentation for the sales team and continuously improve the sales processes. This role requires collaborating directly with the stakeholders to analyze processes to tailor them to the needs of the company and its users. The role also involves general platform maintenance, including process training, troubleshooting and reporting.

Duties and Responsibilities

Create and maintain standard operating procedures for Sales working with Sales Leadership
Proactively seek out best practices to improve efficiencies of sales team
Maintain internal sales request sheets, inclusive of upper management request sheets, process improvements requests, and documentation requests
Be a source of knowledge for Salesforce and its capabilities
Work with Sales Operations Manager to determine Sales best practices
Proactively seek out and identify needed system changes
Coach NPI users of any standard operating procedures and message operational updates
Provides proactive communications to sales team on new/updated processes
Responsible for pulling reports for sales team analysis and outreach
Perform systems audits for procedural compliance
Work with production and quality teams to execute cross-functional tasks and projects
Manage response and entry for regulatory compliance and industry forms
Maintain and update product information for inclusion and reporting on distribution partner systems
Process customer information requests and assist sales operations team as needed

Skills and Specifications:

Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed environment
Order entry and customer service skills in various industry leading ERP, CRM, ticket management systems
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills including phone in-call B2B customer service
Excellent time management skills
Exceptional Microsoft Office skills including: Excel data manipulation
Energetic personality with a self-starter mentality
Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking
Able to multi-task the activities with shifting priorities
Approach to be collaborative, efficient, and systematic
Experience with project management platforms such as JIRA, Trello, Wrike
